My experience in senior management positions within the engineering and manufacturing sectors has given me a passion and an informed insight into how people learn, develop and grow.
I believe that given the right support, people can create an organisation that can challenge both itself and the competition with staggering results. I have had a career spanning engineering, talent management, training and development and human resources.
I have a passion for people and their development and have managed various large projects on the development and successful delivery of skills and people capability programmes ranging from leadership and management, interpersonal and presentation skills for managers and leaders.
For over 20 years I have worked in corporate management and unlike many leadership coaches, trainers and speakers, have actually led highly successful teams. I have found what ignites a team’s enthusiasm to achieve lasting rewards from both an organisational and individual’s perspective.
I found what works and what doesn’t, I have explored the principles of what makes someone perform at their very best. What traits do they have and what makes them fundamentally different. I challenge people to review their limiting beliefs and focus on what’s possible.
